MindCraft, is proud to announce its participation in the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) community by delivering a specialized lecture on managing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) projects.
On May 22nd, Andy Bosyi, Technical Leader and Co-Founder of MindCraft, engaged with KSE students, to share invaluable insights on the topic “Cats and Sheep – Managing AI and ML Projects.”
The lecture aimed to demystify the complexities of Data Science projects, providing students with a clearer understanding of their capabilities and management intricacies. Key topics covered during the session included:
- Technology Overview: A comprehensive exploration of the technological landscape, spanning from traditional IT to the cutting-edge realms of AI and Quantum Computing.
- Goals, Objectives, Metrics, KPIs: A focused discussion on the importance of establishing clear goals, objectives, and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) for successful project execution.
- Managing RnD and ML & AI Projects: Practical strategies and methodologies for effectively managing research and development (RnD) and AI/ML projects, addressing the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
